Join Our Team: Veterinary Careers in Palmetto Bay, FL
If you are a veterinary professional, you already know how much the landscape of Miami-Dade pet care has changed. Massive corporate consolidators have bought up many local practices, leaving veterinary teams facing high-volume stress, rigid sales quotas, and rapid burnout.
At The Falls Animal Clinic, we do things differently.
We are a proud, privately owned, independent South Florida animal clinic. Led by Dr. Doly Baquero, who brings over 20 years of compassionate clinical experience, we believe in treating our team with the same respect, warmth, and care that we show our patients. If you want to escape the corporate assembly line and rediscover your love for veterinary medicine in our beautiful, tree-lined Palmetto Bay community, you’ve found the right place.
Why Build Your Career at The Falls?
We want our clinic to be the best part of your workweek. Here is how we support our team:
- A Burnout-Free Environment: We don’t track metrics, push corporate sales quotas, or rush appointments. We focus on practicing high-quality, honest medicine at a sustainable pace.
- Decades of Mentorship: Working alongside Dr. Baquero offers a unique opportunity to grow your clinical and client-communication skills under a trusted, USDA-accredited veterinarian with over 20 years of experience.
- A True Work-Family: We are a small, tightly knit team that supports one another. Your voice is heard here, and your contributions genuinely matter.
- Local Community Connection: Our clients are our neighbors. You will have the time to build rewarding, long-term relationships with local pet parents in Palmetto Bay and the surrounding Miami area.
